The problem
Everything the chapter needed was scattered across group chats and documents.
Devotionals, resources, and weekly direction lived wherever they had last been posted. The chaplain had no central place to publish from, and members had no reliable place to look.
The result is the familiar one: information exists, nobody can find it, and it gets re-sent every week.

Build around how the chapter actually operates rather than around what a content platform usually does. Weekly rhythm first, archive second.
