A Custom Build is a one-time project: you pay for the build, and you own the finished website outright at handover. The Launch Plan is the same custom website for a smaller amount up front, then one monthly price that covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and ongoing improvement.

Choose the Custom Build if the budget is available up front and you have someone to maintain the site afterwards. Choose the Launch Plan if you would rather keep cash free and have the site hosted, monitored, updated, and improved without having to think about it.

Yes. The Launch Plan includes the full custom website build, not just maintenance on a site you already have. The $750 launch fee starts the project and the monthly price covers the rest of the build along with everything that keeps it running after launch.

On a Custom Build, the code and assets are yours at handover. On the Launch Plan, Higgins Digital owns and maintains the site while the plan is active and you have full rights to use it, then ownership transfers to you at buyout or after 12 payments, whichever comes first.

The buyout starts at $1,800 and falls $150 with every monthly payment you make. After six payments it is $900, and after 12 it reaches zero and the site becomes yours automatically. Pay it at any point and the site transfers to you immediately.

12 months. After that the plan continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time, with the site already yours. To leave earlier you can either pay the current buyout and keep the site, or cancel and have it taken down at the end of the billing month.

A website built around your business: strategy and page structure, original responsive design, the full build, a technical SEO foundation, testing, launch, and handover. $2,000 is the starting point, and larger sites, e-commerce, platforms, and deeper custom integrations are quoted on the approved scope.

Because the real work varies. Page count, content readiness, platform type, integrations, technical complexity, and deadline all change the scope substantially. A quote built on the actual scope stays accurate instead of being padded upward to cover what nobody has looked at yet.

On the Launch Plan, hosting, SSL, and domain configuration are covered by the monthly price. On a Custom Build these are configured for you and the recurring costs sit on your own accounts. Either way, any software, API, or payment-processing fees are identified before you approve anything.

Yes. An existing site can be audited, improved, maintained, or rebuilt, and ongoing care for a site that is already live is quoted on its own. The recommendation depends on what is worth keeping and what is limiting the business now.

The timeline depends on scope, content readiness, feedback speed, integrations, and launch requirements. The expected schedule and milestones are agreed in writing before development begins, on either option.

The payment schedule is stated in the proposal before work begins. A Custom Build follows the deposit or milestone schedule in the approved agreement. The Launch Plan is the launch fee up front, then the monthly price billed automatically on the same date each month.
