Higgins Digital is an independent studio run by Davis Higgins in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what higginsd.com collects, how it is used, and what you can ask for. Data collection is kept to the minimum needed to reply to you and to understand how the site is used.

What the forms collect

The project form asks for your name, business name, email, phone number, the kind of business you run, and whether you currently have a website. The longer Get Started form asks additional questions about scope, goals, budget, and timeline. Waitlist forms ask for an email address.

These forms do not transmit anything to a server. When you submit one, the site opens your own email application with a message already written, addressed to info@higginsd.com. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail client, and Higgins Digital receives it as an ordinary email. There is no database, no CRM, and no third-party form processor holding your details.

The free tools stay in your browser

The calculators, scorers, checklists, and prompt builders run entirely on your device. Anything you type into them is processed in your browser and is never transmitted. When a tool remembers your progress it uses your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings, and clearing it removes that saved progress.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information.

Custom events are recorded for things like opening the project form, switching the pricing view, and selecting a pricing tier. These events deliberately carry only categorical information, for example which tier was selected or which field failed validation. No name, email address, phone number, business name, or anything else you type into a form is ever sent to analytics.

You can prevent analytics entirely with a browser setting, an extension, or Google’s own opt-out add-on. The site works exactly the same without it.

Third parties

• Vercel hosts the site and, like any host, logs standard request data for security and performance.
• Google Analytics as described above.

Fonts are self-hosted and served from this site, so no third-party font provider receives a request or sees your IP address. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no session-replay tool on this site.

How your information is used

• To reply to your message and prepare a quote.
• To send a resource you specifically asked for.
• To understand which pages and tools are worth improving.

Your information is never sold, and it is never shared for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries arrive as email and are kept in that inbox for as long as needed to help you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask for your information to be deleted and it will be.

Your choices

• Ask what information is held about you.
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Opt out of analytics with a browser setting or extension.
• Clear tool progress at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

Changes

This policy will be updated as the site changes, and the date at the top will be revised when it is.
